Belk Wigs adheres to a very strict policy regarding your e-mail address and any credit information given to us to process your order. Belk Wigs does not and will not sell any information regarding our customers. We do not participate in activities that will result in your receiving "spam" e-mail as we feel this is annoying to our customers. We want you to have a pleasant experience shopping at Belk Wigs. Our customer service department is willing to work with you by e-mail or phone to make sure that your order is satisfactory before the sale.

  • Purchases may be made by check, money order or credit card. Your credit card charge will appear as “Belk and Associates” on your statement.

  • FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND SECURITY, PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CREDIT CARD OR OTHER SENSITIVE INFORMATION IF YOU CHOOSE TO EMAIL BELK AND ASSOCIATES FOR ANY REASON. EMAIL, INSTANT MESSAGING APPLICATIONS AND CHAT ROOMS ARE NOT SECURE! IF AN EMAIL IS RECEIVED CONTAINING SUCH INFORMATION, YOU WILL BE CALLED OR EMAILED IN RETURN AND ENCOURAGED TO CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD ISSUER AND REPORT THE CARD AS COMPROMISED. THE CARD NUMBER DISCLOSED IN THE EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS PAYMENT AS YOUR SAFETY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN A SALE. IDENTITY THEFT AND CREDIT CARD THEFT HURTS EVERYONE, SO PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF!

  • Please write your check to “Belk and Associates”. Purchases made by check will be shipped after your check is cleared by our bank. Any check or credit card sale that fails to clear our bank will result in a $45 administration fee. Order cancellations will incur an administration fee and must be received within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Several shipping options are available to you. Your street address is required for delivery. Shipping rates vary depending on weight and delivery address. For delivery outside the continental United States, please e-mail Belk Wigs for a rate quote.

  • South Carolina customers will be charged sales tax, which is currently 7%.

  • Please note all merchandise shown in our catalog is professionally styled. Merchandise is delivered unstyled; however, professional styling is available for an additional charge. Please contact Customer Service for more information on professional styling.

  • Due to possible price fluctuations from the manufacturer, our prices may change without notice. We hope that this does not occur, and will make every effort to keep our prices as low as possible!

Return and Exchange Policies

Due to Federal and State Health Laws, returns are not accepted. Exchanges are charged a restocking fee and can be costly to you, as well as to Belk Wigs. Only one exchange is allowed per customer, so please, ask as many questions as you feel necessary before you purchase your hair replacement product to avoid any additional fees. Your satisfaction is our primary concern.

  • Custom made hairpieces or styled merchandise can not be exchanged. A 50% non refundable deposit is required to place a custom order.

  • Unworn, unaltered (i.e., not combed or styled) merchandise may be exchanged for equal or greater value. Merchandise returned for exchange will be inspected to insure it is returned in an acceptable condition. If your replacement merchandise is more expensive, you will be charged the difference in price. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your merchandise. Your merchandise is sent to you via a tracked shipment and therefore we are able to determine when shipment was delivered to the address specified in your order. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMAN) must be obtained from Belk Wigs. No exchange requests will be honored without a RMAN. Please contact customer service via e-mail at kbelk@belkwigs.com with this request. Only written requests will be honored, sent via e-mail or faxed to 803-356-3644, and must contain the following information:

Customer Name, Address and Phone Number

Original Invoice Number

Brand name, style and color of returned item

Brand name, style and color of replacement item.

  • Merchandise returned for exchange must be in “new” condition, in the original packaging with all tags and net still attached. The merchandise cannot be worn, combed, brushed, styled or altered in any way. There is a restocking fee on returned merchandise which varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Returned merchandise for exchange due to product defect will not be charged a restocking fee. Authorized returns are shipped via prepaid freight and must be received within 3 days of authorization for return. The returned merchandise must clearly have the RMAN written on the outside of the box or the return will be refused and returned to you. Collect shipments will not be accepted by Belk Wigs.

  • Defective merchandise will be exchanged with the same brand, style and color as the original order after a RMAN is obtained.
